What areas do you serve?
We serve Denver, Mooresville, Charlotte and the surrounding areas from our two branches: 1692 Triangle Cir, Denver, NC 28037, and 101 Commercial Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115. If you’re not sure we cover your area, call the branch nearest you.
Can I visit a branch?
Yes. Both branches are open to walk-ins Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET. Our Denver branch has a showroom and is where we build our custom wood doors.
Are estimates free?
Yes. There is no charge for an estimate. We visit your home, measure your opening and give you a written estimate before any work starts.
Do you work on garage doors you didn't install?
Yes. We repair and service doors and openers whether or not we installed them.
Do you install commercial doors?
Yes. We sell, install and repair both residential and commercial garage doors.
Which door and opener brands do you carry?
We sell and service doors from Amarr, Clopay and CHI and openers from LiftMaster. We also build custom wood garage doors in our Denver shop.
How long does a custom wood door take?
It depends on the design, the wood and the size of the door. We give you a timeline with your estimate.
What warranty do you offer?
Every installation and repair we perform is covered by a one-year labor warranty from the date of the work. The door and parts also carry their manufacturer’s warranty. See our Terms and Conditions for what is covered and how to file a claim.
Do you offer financing?
No. Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice.
Will you text me?
Only if you agree to it on our form or when you book by phone. We text about your estimate, appointments and service. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
